About Us

Breathe In Motion is a locally owned, out of network physical therapy and wellness clinic serving Cedarburg, Mequon, Thiensville, Grafton, and the greater Ozaukee County area, with a second location in Brookfield.

We specialize in orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, sports rehab, dry needling, and performance training for female athletes and active adults across the lifespan — from youth and high school athletes to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and longevity-focused wellness.

As an out of network clinic we provide one-on-one, individualized care focused on identifying and treating the root cause of pain.

Our approach blends hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, Pilates-based rehabilitation, strength training, and detailed movement analysis to help clients return to running, lifting, competitive sports, and active daily life stronger than before.
