DESCRIPTION:Be prepared for a trio of candy goodness! Crunchy pecans\, chewy homemade caramel and chocolate that melts in your mouth form a traditional turtle. We will make these\, but take this classic candy up a notch and also create Terrapins and Caramel Macchiato Bites! A Terrapin is all the yumminess of a turtle\, plus an additional layer of homemade soft\, springy marshmallow. Plus\, if you're a fan of a caramel macchiato beverage\, this treat is a spin-off of that delicious flavor combination. Chocolate covered espresso beans and homemade caramel that is topped with chocolate. Oh\, so yummy!\n\n\n\nMary Adashek is the 4th generation of her family to live in Cedarburg. She attributes her passion for baking to her mother who was an avid maker and taught her many skills. Mary began creating candies 30 years ago and has shared her treats with family and friends for decades. In 2018 she founded Sweet Connection Classes and is now able to share the techniques she has learned with others. Her greatest thrill is empowering others to create high quality candies of their own with ease!
